You don’t need to be flexible, skinny, or injury-free to qualify for the Stamford Yoga Teacher Training program. Our program is open to committed yoga students who love yoga. If you welcome the opportunity to help people by sharing your love of yoga, or just want to deepen your own understanding, then our program is for you.
THE STAMFORD YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PROVIDES YOU WITH TOOLS TO TEACH CONFIDENTLY:
Plan classes that make inspire and make people feel great
Create sacred space
Instruct yoga postures safely and confidently
Identify common misalignments and learn how to address them
Learn to use language effectively & develop your authentic voice
Sequence strategically for various class levels
Observe students clearly and teach to what you see

+ Complete a minimum 20 classes at Stamford Yoga Center over the course of the training
