Learn to fine-tune consciousness and foster nervous system health using the energy of sound. Sound genuinely has the power to change your state of being, which you know innately if you’ve ever been moved by a piece of music. At its most essential, the entire universe is made of sound vibration — every atom in existence buzzes and pulses with aliveness. By tapping into this vast web of vibration, we are capable of affecting the fabric of the universe, including ourselves.

This 5-hour immersion, led by Megan Young and open to all, will include:

  • Restorative sound bath and sound meditation experiences

  • Introductions to nāda yoga (the yoga of sound) and the  physics/neurobiology of sound

  • Discussion, sharing, and play time with crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, vocal toning, and more

  • Tools for using sound in personal practice and/or teaching
