Since we all have our own unique life histories and circumstances, it makes sense that consistent, individualized learning is most effective. Independent sessions can be tailored for one person, a small group, or as part of a corporate wellness program. Any of these interconnected elements may be included:
Movement: yoga asana and other nourishing movement to stabilize, mobilize, and invite space into the physical body
Breath: breathing practices to create emotional space and bridge the gap between body and mind
Meditation: techniques like kriya and yoga nidra, to deprogram and reprogram our mental patterns
Sound: chant, crystal singing bowl and tuning fork intoning, to calm the nervous system and clear the mind
Marma: yoga acupressure and targeted myofascial work, to release stagnant stress in the body
