Gather for weekly Zoom sessions, where we move a bit, breathe a bit, and rest a bit -- all in service of feeling more free.

Classes tend to include gentle yoga asana, breath work, therapy ball work, and yoga nidra guided relaxation. These gatherings are offered on a sliding scale ($0-25), and open to folks of diverse experiences (a.k.a. everybody!). Session contributions happen on the honor system through: PayPal (hellomegan@gmail.com) and Venmo (@hellomeganyoung). I trust you, and want to make sure you have access to these self-healing tools.
