Most of us could use some help in feeling more radiant, empowered, and loving, right? It lights me up inside to offer tools and space for us to find those things by realizing that we're already whole. I use movement, breath work, sound, meditation, and marma therapy (yoga acupressure) to help unlock us from patterns that keep us from feeling the way we know we can feel. I also hand-craft a collection of aromatic goods and hand-dyed textiles called Sage Homestead, in service of helping us all feel better.
I'm a Yoga Alliance-certified E-RYT 500 teacher, and am a sadhaka (yoga master-in-training) in the ISHTA Yoga lineage, where practical wisdom reigns. I offer public and private sessions online and in Fairfield County, CT, have been part of the core teacher training faculties at ISHTA Yoga and Stamford Yoga Center, and spend a week each year teaching at Omega Institute. Where possible, I offer opportunities on a sliding scale to ensure that we all have access to self-healing tools.
